About Us

Peachy P's Platters was created by Sanice Bishop, who used her cooking talents and turned it into a business to feed hungry customers. Sanice first started doing platter sales at the peak of the COVID pandemic in March 2020. After a huge success, she came to the conclusion to continue pop up sales as requested. The name Peachy P's came about after the passing of Sanice's Mother, Peaches in March 2021 (both photographed) and her Uncle, Pumpkin who passed in 2016. It was important to keep her mothers memory within the business. Peachy P's is also assisted by Sanice's sisters, Sade' and Sanee', nieces, Janae and Janelle.

Peachy P's hopes to give a positive and fulfilling experience to all. 

Sanice also hopes to continue growth within the food industry business as she has a degree in Business Management. Her goal is to one day turn Peachy P's into a food truck business.
